My experience was very positive. I would only add a coffee machine in case someone wants to purchase coffee capsules for his coffee and something to put the washed plates/glasses in case someone doesn't use the washing machine.

El trato ha sido extraordinario. La atención inigualable. Gran hospitalidad por parte del anfitrión. La casa muy limpia y ordenada, con todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Baracaldo, incluso para vivir durante un tiempo. 100% recomendable.
