This charming flat located in Derio, a fourth floor with lift (with a flight of stairs), is in a quiet area, with parks, swimming pools and catering services nearby, it is close to the airport and the Zamudio Technology Park Business Centre. It is 15 minutes by car from Bilbao, with train and bus connections, both of which are close to the house. Parking is free on the street and there are plenty of parking spaces. You will love it both for its location and its decoration, with brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen. Ideal for friends, families and business travellers. During the summer there are buses that go to the beaches of Bakio and Plentzia, every hour, from the bus stop next to our house.


This flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed (1,60m), another bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm beds) and a third bedroom with a bunk bed made up of a 1,50m bed and a 90cm bed. It has a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Towels, sheets and pillows are provided for all guests. It is equipped with everything guests may need for a perfect stay.

Propongo a mejorar, como he escrito en booking: - Falta de ganchos en el baño para toalla de manos y ducha.- Que no hubiese trapo de cocina ( hay servilletas por tema covid, pero se gastan rápido, lo otro para mi es más cómodo y ecológico). GRACIAS POR TODO!
